SK777 Terms and Conditions — Rules That Keep Things Fair

Welcome to SK777. By accessing, registering on or using the SK777 platform — whether through the website at sk777.online or any associated mobile interface — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and SK777. They apply to all products and services offered by SK777, including sports betting, live casino games, jackpot slots, the Aviator game, Ludo games, and all promotional offers. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the SK777 platform immediately and close your account.

SK777 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, SK777 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of SK777 after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

To open an account and use the SK777 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. SK777 strictly prohibits access by minors and actively verifies player ages as part of the registration and KYC process.
• You must be accessing SK777 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited for individual players.
• You must be acting as an individual and registering the account in your own name and on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or agent of SK777 or any of its affiliated companies or technology providers.
• You must not have a current self-exclusion agreement in force with SK777 or through any recognised responsible gaming programme.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement and not be subject to any court-imposed legal incapacity.

SK777 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any player at any time. If a player is found to have provided false eligibility information, SK777 will void all bets placed, close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each player is permitted to hold only one SK777 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same phone number, same payment method or same device — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering on SK777, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, phone number and a valid email address. You must keep this information current and update it promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your SK777 login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person or allow anyone else to access your account. SK777 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure.

If you believe your SK777 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact SK777 support immediately via live chat or email at support@sk777.online. SK777 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation to protect your funds.

All financial transactions on SK777 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). SK777 does not accept foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to any deposit or withdrawal.

Accepted deposit methods at SK777 include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer and Visa or Mastercard bank-issued debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit on SK777 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though SK777 may impose limits on individual transactions for security reasons.

Withdrawal requirements:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5 minutes to 2 hours for Easypaisa and JazzCash; up to 24 hours for bank IBFT
• SK777 may request identity verification documents before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal above Rs 50,000
• Real-money balances and bonus balances are tracked separately. Only cleared real-money balance is available for withdrawal

SK777 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside SK777's control.

SK777 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion as well as the general bonus policy set out here. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and this general policy, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General bonus rules that apply to all SK777 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household and per device
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be used to generate wagering activity that clears the applicable wagering requirement
• Wagering requirements at SK777 range from 10× to 30× the bonus amount depending on the specific promotion
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting contributes 100%. Aviator and slots contribute 100%. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute 10%. Ludo games contribute 50%
• SK777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses already credited and partially wagered will have their wagering requirement calculated pro-rata
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed solely to clear requirements — will result in bonus funds being voided and the account reviewed

All sports bets placed on SK777 are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules displayed within the relevant betting market.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is accepted only when SK777's system confirms it and a bet reference number is issued. Bets are not valid until confirmation is received
• Minimum bet: Rs 100 per selection. Maximum bet limits vary by event and market and are displayed in the bet slip
• Odds changes: If odds change between bet placement and confirmation, SK777 will accept the bet at the new odds unless the player has selected the option to reject odds changes
• Live betting: In-play bets are subject to slight delays in acceptance to prevent misuse of live information. SK777 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time
• Void bets: A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, if the market was priced in error (palpable error), or if the event does not meet minimum completion requirements as defined in sport-specific rules
• Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. SK777 does not settle based on unofficial scores, live commentaries or media reports
• Palpable errors: SK777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a pricing error. In such cases, the stake is returned in full

For PSL and Pakistan international cricket matches, settlement is based on the official result declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board or the relevant ICC authority. Rain rules, DLS method outcomes and Super Over results are all recognised as official for settlement purposes on SK777.

All casino games available on SK777 — including but not limited to baccarat, blackjack, roulette, jackpot slots and Aviator — are powered by certified third-party game providers whose software and random number generators are independently audited for fairness.

The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game information panel. For jackpot slots, the RTP includes the jackpot contribution, which means actual short-term returns can be significantly lower than the stated RTP for individual sessions.

For the Aviator game specifically, SK777 uses a provably fair system where the outcome multiplier for each round is determined before the round begins using a cryptographic seed that can be independently verified by players after the fact. Real-money Ludo games on SK777 are subject to the following rules in addition to the general Terms and Conditions:

• All dice rolls in SK777 Ludo are generated by a certified RNG. Results are fair and cannot be influenced by any party including SK777 itself
• Entry fees for Ludo rooms are deducted from the player's real-money balance at the point of joining the room, before the game begins
• If a player disconnects during a Ludo game, they have 30 seconds to reconnect before their tokens are removed and their entry fee is forfeited
• Intentional early exit from a real-money Ludo game forfeits the player's entry fee. Repeated early exits will result in a temporary suspension from real-money Ludo rooms
• Collusion between players in Ludo rooms — including but not limited to deliberately allowing another player to win — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances
• Prize pool distribution for standard 4-player Classic Ludo: 1st place 60%, 2nd place 25%, 3rd place 10%, 4th place 0%, less SK777's 5% platform fee from the total pot

The following activities are strictly prohibited on SK777 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using accounts registered in another person's name
• Using automated betting software, bots or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games without direct human input
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in SK777's games or platform for financial gain — any such exploitation must be reported to support immediately
• Engaging in money laundering, match fixing, or any form of fraud or criminal activity via the SK777 platform
• Colluding with other players in poker, Ludo or any other multi-player game format on SK777
• Providing false personal information or fraudulent identification documents during verification
• Threatening, harassing or abusing SK777 staff or other players through any communication channel
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or attempting to charge back a legitimate deposit

Player-initiated closure: You may request closure of your SK777 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Before your account is closed, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to your preferred withdrawal method after any pending wagering requirements have been assessed.

SK777-initiated closure: SK777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• There is reason to believe the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal or prohibited activity
• The account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms and Conditions
• The player has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• SK777 is required to do so by its licensing authority or a competent legal authority

In cases where SK777 closes an account due to suspected fraud or a serious breach of these terms, real-money balances may be held pending investigation. SK777 will communicate the reason for the hold and an estimated resolution timeline to the account holder where permitted by applicable regulations.

SK777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on SK777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

SK777 collects personal information including but not limited to: your name, date of birth, phone number, email address, payment details and device/connection information. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud and improve the SK777 platform.

SK777 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and licensing authorities where required. All data is held securely and encrypted in transit using 256-bit SSL.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SK777's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

SK777 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from events beyond SK777's reasonable control (force majeure), including internet outages, power failures or natural disasters
• Losses caused by a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind arising from use of the SK777 platform
• Inaccuracies in sports results data provided by third-party data suppliers, where SK777 acts promptly to correct any identified errors

SK777 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, SK777 will provide at least 14 days' notice by email to registered players before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of SK777 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using SK777 and may request account closure before the changes take effect without penalty.
